I made this scrapbook page to reflect what it's like for me trying to lose weight. The Weight Loss Album Challenge #4 stated to &quot;document one day or one week of what you're doing.&quot; This may be a little off-label but I interpreted the challenge as such for myself! My husband gave me the idea to make a game board, and here it is! It's meant to reflect my everyday struggles with weight loss. I cut up a sheet of patterned paper for the &quot;spaces&quot; and I used PSP X to make the &quot;bubbles.&quot; I hope you can read these little bubbles on the game board, if not here's what they say: 1: &quot;WooHoo! All that salad eating, water drinking, and exercise has finally paid off. You lose 2 lbs. Advance 2 spaces.&quot; 2: &quot;You can't resist the Krispy Kreme donuts in the breakroom at work. You gain 1 pount. Go back 3 spaces.&quot; 3: &quot;Oh no! You've hit a plateau! You lose 2 turns&quot; 4: &quot;You forgot your healthy lunch at home and decide to eat a King-sived Whopper meal instead. You decide to forget your diet and start again Monday. Go back to start.&quot; 5: &quot;Your &quot;Aunt Flo&quot; is in town and you're tired, bloated, and cranky. All you want is a giant bar of CHOCOLATE! You gain 2 lbs. Go back 2 spaces.&quot; The journaling says &quot;A week in the life of my weight loss efforts is just like playing a board game. I wake up each morning and play the hand that is dealt me. Sometimes I win, sometimes I lose. But no matter what, I never quit the game.&quot; Thanks for looking and especially thanks for comments and constructive criticism!
