I used the 717 Happy Birthday Die by Elizabeth Craft Designs for the sentiment. I then spritzed it with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist in Cranberry. The rose stamp is by Penny Black. The rhinestones are by Recollections. The colored pencils used were both EK Success and Prismacolor Scholar.
