I know this isn't scrappin' stuff, but the techniques could be used for scrappin. I'm suppose to make a tiara for the Diva Retreat I'm attending, and I have noooo idea how to make a tiara. So… After looking at my Somerset Studio's cover of Sally Jean's tiara's, and looking through the Duct Tape website of the Prom Dresses, I got a brain burp. I'll make a tiara out of Duct Tape! Using Tim's alcohol inks and techniques from his Distressables book, I combined it all and this is what I came up with. The little letters at the top spells out “Dance”. TFL….
