It took some time and patience, but I'm very happy with this card. I added my own crocheted poppies and a glittery ladybird as embellishments.
This card is US A2 size (5-1/2 x 4-1/4), but needs a handmade envelope or box due to the bulk. It was inspired by Sam Calcott of Mixed Up Craft https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VYaOpu20TC4
