A sweet thank you card recalling happy holiday memories. This image really is 'otterly adorable' from Whimsy Stamps talented artist Crissy Armstrong. I've used a fun mix of splatter and texture paste to create my background and stencils to create the waves of water. Fun to use a dark cardstock as the base for a change too.
