The heart pattern paper is a scrap, as are the fussy cut hearts on the envelop and the inside. The florals were stamped, pencil colored, and die cut using the Spellbinders Dec. '22 Stamp of the Month Club. The ruffle layer is tissue paper was cut from scrap tissue paper. The sentiment was stamped. The faux stitching and flower centers were drawn with Glaze Pen.
