I created a full shaker card design as a hat tip to Oogie Boogie using a fantastic Peeking Ghosts die set from Whimsy Stamps which I paired with some fabulous shaker elements from This Calls For Confetti. I cut the ghosts from Key Lime cardstock by Gina K and added Lime Tart Paper Glitz over this for that chunky sparkle effect. I had two options for the design, a flat shaker card with matching Key Lime envelope or Halloween Treat Bag Topper. Both looked great.
