LOVE THIS! Love the "scattered", overlapping pictures. Love the flowers and inkblots and the way you did the title. And, as usual, your journaling is awesome.
love the stacked pictures! And can totally relate to the journaling. If it makes you feel any better the first time I ever took Brooke out on my own I forgot to buckle her in to her car seat. I had covered her up with a blanket and totally forgot. Nice. :)
Amazing!! and this journaling.. well nearly turned me sappy.. so reminds me of fears and adjustments that came with my first.. and boy did I hear "your lucky heads glued on" too LOL

ok... had to go into my alternate box. this was the last picture i paper scrapped before converting to digital and for some reason, it stood out to me today. it's one of my favorites of gage and it begged for liz's stuff!!! it looks a lot like the other lo's i've done using this stuff, but it just works and i always feel so happy with one of these.
JOURNALING: My scattered memories of you. They are so precious to me. I call them “scattered” because a lot of your birth and shortly after you were born is somewhat of a blur. It all happened so fast and the change it brought to my life was so overwhelming. I remember having a legitimate fear when I was pregnant with you that I would leave you in Wal-Mart or something. I know, it sounds silly, but anyone who knows me knows that I am very, very forgetful. Out of me and my two sisters, I was known as “the dingey one”. I remember your grandpa used to always say to me “Girl, you would forget your head if it wasn’t attached!” But then you came along. Suddenly, I had something I could always remember. Some things may be a blur baby, but forgotten? Never.
