My tag class met again for the first time since the new year, and this is the project that I had them create today.

I saw the idea somewhere - I don't remember where - a cardinal sitting in a wreath of greens. I took it my own way, or rather it went its own way and took me with it.

It was uncomplicated and my class really loved the way it finished up.

I don't know how many of these we'll do this year. I basically told them that I was tired of making the creative decision about "which tag" to do, so I handed them my Pinterest account and said, "I'm fairly sure we can do just about anything here, if not exactly the same maybe fairly close, or at least it'll give me a creative jumping off point."

I told them to go home, go through all those Pinterest tags that I've got pinned, pick something out, and email me with it and I'll work one up for next time.

We'll see how that goes. I like the creating part. I like the teaching part. I don't like the deciding what to do part. My brain is really tired of making decisions.... I AM, after all, RETIRED. LOL
