As sunrises go, this one isn't particularly spectacular, but maybe that's a good omen for the coming year.

Maybe this particular sunrise is nothing more than God reminding me that in the midst of the chaos of my life, I need to slow down and find a quiet moment of reflection, to find peace in the center of the storm, and to remember that it doesn't have to always be about being busy. Sometimes it's about just being.
